I was initially looking for a property in old Bowral with a 5-10 minute walk into town. Given there were very few homes on the market in Bowral I started to look outside the immediate area but still within a few minutes of Bowral. I was specific about my needs. Having come from an 1860’s home in the Highlands I was looking to downsize into another character home. I found a property on the base of Mt. Gibraltar through Drew Lindsay RE, which had the heritage and character I was looking for.
